The design concept is based on two main elements: First, it is not just a simple shared space but a combination of communal and private areas, including a flexible coworking area and separate private offices. Second, the layout and spatial allocation must be flexible, allowing the investor to easily adjust the size of workspaces according to tenant needs without significantly altering the building’s structure.
